Enfish Onespace locates and links all your related information--from both the Internet and your computer -- and automatically organizes it in one convenient place, so you can work smarter.
When you install Enfish Onespace, it takes a complete inventory of your information. It scans your desktop, your network folders, your email, graphics, even your favorite Web sites--and compiles it in a master index. All of this is done without you having to import or convert anything, and also without physically moving anything in any way.
The Enfish Onespace Home page shows you your email, appointments, and To Do tasks (along with top news headlines, the weather, and other pertinent information) so you can hit the ground running as soon as you start your day--all without launching an application or a browser.
Whenever you click a highlighted name, Enfish Onespace takes you to a special page designed for that person or company. This page shows you all the information you have in your Outlook or Outlook Express contact lists along with other related information. This includes recent email, related stock information (for a company), links to map sites, and related files and documents.
