They deliver web pages, not web sites. You are free to subscribe to as many web pages as you like. Here's the easy way to subscribe to any web page:

Step 1. Browse a web page
Step 2. Type "web2mail.com/" (without qoutation marks) before the web
address in your browser.
Step 3. Press return.
Step 4. You go directly to the web2mail subscription page.

You can also set up your subscription so that the web page is sent to you only when certain "watchwords" that you designate show up on that page.

A review by Roger:

JunkMachine is itself a Java applet which creates special, animated royalty-free Java effects which you can use on your web page. It was originally written to run as an online service, but generated so much traffic that the author now asks you to download the program and run it on your own machine.
If you have Navigator with Java support installed, or the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine (JVM) for Internet Explorer, you should be able to run JunkMachine. That is, if you can view the Java animation at http://pcusers.org/37211onjava.htm, you will be able to run JunkMachine. Requires basic cut-and-paste skills, and knowledge of how your ISP or web space provider handles uploads, suited for the intermediate web developer. What's cool is no knowledge at all of the Java programming language is required. There's a beta JunkMachine II with more features available also.
