We are a community center/computer center for low-income individuals living in this area. Ghost Mail lets you send anonymous or normal messages, with or without a remailer, to any email addresses or newsgroups

eCleaner is a simple text editor which allows you to make your e-mail messages more readable by removing the symbols that accumulate when an e-mail is forwarded several times. eCleaner lets you remove any HTML code and obscure headers, removing the ">" symbols, and fix fragmented sentences that are caused by word wrapping.
Like local traffic and weather reports on radio and TV, we will probably begin to see increasing regular coverage of various indices of Internet performance, and possibly virus alerts, intruder attacks, scams, and other hazards. Susan Stellin, Technology editor at The New York Times On The Web, suggests three sites which monitor and report on the flow of Internet traffic.
